Roof and Foundation Design
The roof design will need to be approved by your local planning authority. Where necessary we will provide drawings of the proposed roof design and structural calculations.

Before drawing commences we will evaluate your foundation and advise you on your options. This is an area many architects and builders neglect to consider, but we have saved a number of our clients literally £000’s on their project with our unique raft foundation designs. This is achieved by reduced materials and disposal of spoil when compared to using traditional trench foundations.
Please be aware that there are certain ground conditions where raft foundations are not suitable. Your local surveyor can advise you on the feasibility of using a raft foundation.
