All our drawings are produced using the very latest in architectural design technology. We do not charge for simple alterations to the initial design as experience tells us that people will tweak things upon seeing the first draft.

How else can we help?

Most build projects require building regulations and structural calculations. Our in house team can produce these and manage the approval process.

Other specialist reports or assessments may be required such as SAP’s (energy efficiency), party wall agreement, listed building, etc.

> Building Regulation Applications & Submissions - Building regulations make sure that the design and construction of a building is safe. Before you start any building work, you should always check with your local planning authority whether you need building regulations approval.

> Structural Sections and Elevations - Are a requirement for building regulations and structural calculations approval. We can manage this whole process for you.

> Structural Calculations - As part of the Building Regulations application, we submit structural calculations and drawings on your behalf for approval by the local building control department.

> Roof and Foundation Design- This an area where our innovative designs can save you time and money. Contact your local office for more information.

Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) »
This procedure is adopted by Government as the UK methodology for calculating the energy performance of dwellings within Approved Document L1A - Conservation of fuel and power in new dwellings and Approved Document L1B - Conservation of fuel and power in existing dwellings.
