Building Regulation Applications & Submissions
You may require building regulations approval for the work you are carrying out. Building regulations make sure that the design and construction of a building is safe. They are separate from planning permission and for some developments you may need planning permission and building regulations approval.
Before you start any building work, you should always check with your local planning authority whether you need building regulations approval. We can do this for you and handle the whole submission and approval process. Please contact your local office who will be able to advise you further.
